Rebekah Barr
Senior Account Executive
Prior to joining LS2group, Rebekah Barr worked to advance the agricultural industry by leading public affairs for America’s Cultivation Corridor, following her time as a territory manager for Corteva Agriscience.
While at the Corridor, she managed their Communication Council, which was made up of communication professionals at agricultural companies from across the state of Iowa. During her time at the Corridor, she also created and led the Next Gen Innovation Impact Study. This study included helping a group of Iowa State University students identify innovations that are driving sustainability across the agriculture value chain and understand how best to share their findings with target markets. Beyond leading public affairs and strategic projects for the Corridor, Rebekah also engaged with stakeholders and social media management and served as the organization’s spokesperson.
Outside of LS2group, Rebekah Barr volunteers for several local boards and organizations. These include Young Professionals in Agriculture, Junior League of Des Moines, Central Iowa Women in Ag, und Iowa Corn’s Leadership Enhancement and Development (I-Lead) program.
Rebekah gained experience and passion for agriculture on her family’s farm outside of Osage, Iowa, where her family produced pork, and grew corn and soybeans. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and international agriculture with a minor in political science.
