Brittany Lumley

Director of Government Affairs

Brittany Lumley specializes in government affairs.

Prior to joining LS2group, Brittany worked as a research attorney for the Iowa House of Representatives Majority Caucus Staff where she addressed tax credit legislation, economic development and infrastructure budgets, and other Commerce-related issues. Her biggest accomplishments include the passage of the 2015 road infrastructure funding increase and comprehensive workers’ compensation reform during the 2017 session.

As an undergrad, Brittany gained immigration experience working for a law firm in Iowa City where she helped clients navigate state and federal-level issues and practiced her languages to gain more experience. While in law school, she interned for Casey’s General Stores, gaining corporate legal knowledge from employment to real estate issues.

Brittany Lumley earned an undergraduate degree in business management from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and minors in Spanish and French. She holds a law degree from Drake University Law School and has passed the bar in both Missouri and Iowa. She remains an attorney in good standing in both states.
